Who I am

Forms

When you request my portfolio, send a message, request a commissioned painting or book an art consultation, I store the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number if given and your message). I only use them to answer your request and send you the information you asked for.

You receive a confirmation by email. Your data is never sold.

Meta Pixel (ad measurement)

Only with your consent, I load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram). It measures which pages you visit and whether you request my portfolio, using cookies (such as _fbp). Meta receives, among other things, your IP address, browser details and the page visited.

I use this to measure how many people reach my website through my ads and to improve my advertising. Your name and email address from forms are not shared with Meta.

Visitors from the EU, UK and Switzerland first see a notice; nothing is measured unless you choose 'Accept'. You can withdraw your consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of the website or below. Meta's privacy policy explains how Meta processes data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@decherryarts.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
